Tracking the CAR-T Revolution: Analysis of Clinical Trials of CAR-T and TCR-T Therapies for the Treatment of Cancer (1997–2020)

Chimeric antigen receptor and T-cell (CAR-T/TCR-T) cellular immunotherapies have shown remarkable success in the treatment of some refractory B-cell malignancies, with potential to provide durable clinical response for other types cancer. In this paper, we look at all available FDA CAR-T/TCR-T trials cancer, analyze them respect different disease tissues, targeted antigens, products, originator locations. We found that 627 1007 registered are currently active those 273 (44%) originated China 280 (45%) US.
